What is Comparing?
Comparing helps us understand sizes and amounts!
We can look at two things and see which one is bigger, smaller, taller, shorter, or if they're the same.
It's like being a detective who solves size mysteries!
How Do We Compare?
1️⃣ 👀 Look carefully at both things
2️⃣ 🤔 Think about their sizes or amounts
3️⃣ 👍 Decide which is bigger/smaller or if they're equal

Parent Tips 🌟
- Make it playful: Use toys, snacks, or household items for hands-on comparing activities during playtime.
- Use daily opportunities: Compare sizes while dressing ("Which shoe is bigger?"), eating ("Which plate has more grapes?"), or playing outside.
- Celebrate all attempts: Even if your child makes a mistake, praise their effort and guide them to discover the correct answer.
